Old architecture in the capital of India is full of tombs and castles.  Humayun – the father of Akbar, a Mughal Emperor who made quite an impact on the history of India is laid to rest in one such structure known as Humayun’s Tomb.

 

I captured this entryway into the tomb’s building. The entire area is adorned with lush green gardens. I loved capturing the symmetry in this image, that these structures are so famous for!
